Dairy commission inspectors' letterpress book, 1911.

Letters to farmers who entered the commission's 1911 statewide butter and cheese making contest. The letters, carbon copies, are all dated June 7 through 12, 1911 and were written by a "critic" (contest judge). None contain completely legible signatures. An index of recipients of the letters is found at the end of the volume. Only the first 269 pages of the volume were used.
